Project Description

A plan to minimize costs for playing Go on internet, especially aimed at young and low-budget players. The contributor considers this as the most important tool in spreading Go and developing the Go community in Romania.

Realisation

The possibilities to realize this plan have been investigated, but seem so difficult that the realisation couldn't start until now.
